Hey Drammy, when you say software house, do you mean that they are a group of developers?

Mm, that's one trophy alright Drammy.
Matsa: Arsch, just admit it. You really wanted to see his trophy but I do agree with you, I wouldn't mind the extra ?500.

They're all jealous! The guy next to me was quite pissed off - "I thought I should have won" he said. Oh well at least he's honest!
Notice the iPod the guy who sits behind me has - the company bought us all one - thing is now everyone just sits in silence listening to their iPods...
What I mean by software house is that we develop software, so yes there is a large team of about 25-30 developers but also the other staff required to run such a business - support staff, marketing, finance, sales and my department (professional services) who are the guys that actually meet the clients, install the software, tailor it to their needs and manage the projects.
We also have offices in Sydney, Scotland and Southampton. So me and the missus are going to look into moving to the other side of the world, to live in Sydney. We just need to wait for her to finish her tteacher training (gets us more points for the working visa)
ps. I reckon the trophy has some dead person's ashes in it - it looks more like an urn! The missus just got back to find it on our mantle piece and said - "What the hell is THAT? Get it out of here!"

I was thinking urn too. It looks more neo-classical than art deco, no?

Haha...they're not that swanky really. We have 3 tracklay suites which are just geared up for editing and voice over work, so no fancy outboard or anything, but they do have PT HD2 systems...
Then we have one mix suite, which has a nice Sony DMX console, but yet again, no fancy outboard...most of it is done ITB.
You'll love Sydney mate!
