Default Midi Dump Single Where?

When using TI2 Desktop "standalone" -USB connected I want to store the patch on my computer and press "Store" and choose Destination: Dump Single. Is the patch transmitted to my Mac and where does it go?
I cannot find it anywhere...

Do I need to record it with my sequencer? There must be an easier way.
Same thing when sending a whole bank -Nowhere to find it.

I use the free librarian "SysEx Librarian". Works very well. You find it on Versiontracker or here

Hey thanks. I have used Sysex Librarian for my Andromeda A6 but I thought the TI would be able to dump a midi patch file somewhere on my Mac.
Anyway I have found out that the 4 RAM banks are just a collection of presets from the other banks so I can overwrite those.
-As it says in the Quick start guide
