Default Virus Polar error?-did this ever happened to you

I just bought my second Virus TI2 Polar and all keys are one semitone higher even though the transpose setting is zero. Is this a factory bug or is something else?
Thanks so much!

If the transpose led on the front panel is set to 0 that doesn't mean the GLOBAL transpose is. It can be as high as +-6 semitones before the LED changes position.

Config -> Global Tuning -> Master tuning = 0, Pure Tuning = Tempered.

If this is already right, try to see if there's any inconsistency between converters' frequencies (changing the converters' rate changes the recorded pitch)

In the config, transpose is zero, like I said.

But what is the "inconsistency between converters' frequencies (changing the converters' rate changes the recorded pitch)" ??

What are the converters frq.? and how to change the converters rate and where from?
