Default Virus KC mod wheel and pitch bend wheel not functioning

Strange one here... I fired up my virus KC last night and it seems that both the mod wheel and the pitch bend wheel are not working now. I have never before encountered this problem. I double checked default controller assignments in the patch settings and both controllers were enabled and had legitimate values and destinations attached to them.

Can someone here shed some light on what else to check before I have to take her into the shop?

Thanks!

Hi there,

Any chance the connector has become loose from the motherboard inside? Think there's a ribbon cable attaching both wheels to the mobo.
