Default NEEDING HELP IN MULTI MODE/SEQ MODE

Pleeease Heeelp me guys !
I want to write a smalll piece(a bassline for example) ,to record it on one channel(of the total 16) and to play it . So I can open it , give it play, and play something different on another channel.....................
I hope I described my problem well.
please don't let me down, I read the book but stii can't do it.
THANKS SO SO MUCH!!!

enter sequencer mode and select chanel 1. Make sure the your DAW track is set to the MIDI output of the virus and chanel 1 also.
