Default Issue with Midi play back

Hi I have had my Virus for about 6 months an I absolutely love the thing.

When I was using USB L+R mode I notice a huge bottleneck occuring when layering multiple sounds, started to introduce pops and glitches in USB mode,
Plus when playing on my novation Midi controller the midi notes were out of time during strinking the notes. But in the Cubase sequencer playing back the notes from a midi files was fine no delays there what so ever.

So I decided to ditch the USB connection for Audio and go direct through Analogue outputs 1+2, that works an absolute treat except for one slight problem, now the midi notes in Cubase play back all evenly out of time, about 1/4 notes behind.

does anyone now why this happens?? I tried to mess around with the Sync setup option in cubase and messed around with the Ti settings but its not working at all.

Also bare in mind that when I actually play notes from my midi controller the response is fantastic !! no issues. But when laying down the midi tracks and then listening during play back you can hear the notes slight out, Any suggestions

Thanks heaps !

I too am experiencing out of time midi notes with the Ti VST in cubase,
I had an issue with cubase 4 and and I recently upgraded to cuabse5 and still getting a midi delay issue, I have tried changing latency/checking settting like time stamps ect.
I have a Novation remote SL too and I think there is 100% an issue here
but I can't quite narrow it down to which device is the prob.
The midi note delays a slow key response only happens when you play through the controller. As See ghost said above its ok as your playing it back through the sequencer.
now I'm not sure where this problem lurks but Im leaning towards the Ti Software cause the novation SL has a very good response with other VST's so am am very certain Access have an issue with these two devices.

Access: If you read this thread could you guys possibly try the Ti on Cubase running a Novation SL and see if you can replicate the problem too?
