Default Virus TI Output Trouble - Stereo Outs only on L?

(Ti v1) is routing all channels to left channel only.
Example: "stereo out 1 is only going to channel 1. (Instead of 1 & 2). Stereo out 2 is going to channel 2 (instead of 3&4) stereo out 3 is going to channel 3 (instead of 5&6) it's like they all magically became mono outs instead of stereo.

stereo out 1 goes to channels 1 and 2 of my interface
but when I choose that its only showing up on the left side
which is channel 1 of my interface
stereo out 2 is wired to channels 3 and 4
but when that is chosen it goes to channel 2 of my interface

Using Mono Cables only. Tried different Cables. No issues with panning or interface in mono. Just wondering if Opamp ? something internal?

Has ANYONE ever had something like this happen before? It came out of nowhere. Has worked well for years.

Factory reset and OS updates were attempted, but no luck. never had issue with routing like this before"

Are you sure it's the Virus sending on those ports and not a misconfigured routing on your interface? What interface do you use?
