Poor DS. If you just would have waited for a moth or two, you would have probably got it much cheaper.

I don't like piano keyboards. Feels strange if you haven't used to play piano. And for example playing other than piano sounds on that keyboard feels strange. I usually get that "something is wrong" sting on my brain when trying to play for example hammonds on hammer-action keyboard.

When the new Korg workstation is released the basic Triton prices will drop a bit. Not much but some anyway.

By the way why you got a hammer-action keyboard? I didn't knew you played keyboards.

I have the Version 2 Triton Studio 88. I guess there wil be at least a version 3 before they bring out a new flagship. IM not really too bothered about keeping up with the best...cos I've got the best LMAO

The piano action of the Triton helps me b'cos im taking piano lessons lol

To keep this all in perspective......im 24, I dont own a car, I dont own a stupid mobile phone and I live modestly. All my money goes into music stuff and high-end hifi. Im still at university....and I limit myself to going out once per month if that >>>> I prefer to stay in with a few m8's and some beers and make some tunes. Is there anything wrong with that?

*The Triton studio has enabled me to sell off alot of shit. I no longer need dedicated drum machines, outboard effects etc etc. Ive got all I need....Virus KC, Triton Studio + use of a Pro-One and a Mono/Poly.

I think its a worthwile investment......especially when u consider I'll probably get atleast 8-10 yrs out of it.

Motif ES and Fantom-S have already ran over Triton so if Korg plans to stay as one of the leading workstation manufacturers it really needs a new flagship as fast as possible. And isn't the release of the new flagship already unoffically announced?

I totally disagree. I looked very closely at the Fantom s88 and was not impressed. The Motif ES is great...but its user interface is not so great. The Triton Studio 88 IS the best workstation currently available.....this is totally subjective statement

Ive just started piano lesons......im not doing bollocky grades...im gettign practical help.
