Unhappy Part volume problem OS 3.01

OS 3.01 not recognizes the part volume settings made with Cubase 4.5 or 5 when starting the project again. After opening the sliders show the saved settings, but the sound has returned to default.
This was also a problem in OS 3.0, but should be fixed in 3.01. In my case it is still there. Does other users experience this problem? How to fix it?
