and what is "sample designing" based on?? u mean sample design software like stomper?

You can use Wavelab, Halion, Cool Edit and Fruity Loops and so on... Best is Fruity Loops. You need control over the envelopes/pitch. Just take the attack from kick A....Then add the "Body" from kick B....Add a second attack sound from kick C....... Then EQ them, (pitch) fine tune them, compress them, - hey!!

Do you guys have really so little fantasy?

You have uploaded some Kicks from "Techno Trance Essentials". Doug won?t be happy about that. Anyway, you have uploaded the wrong Kicks The really hard ones are in the folder "Techno" and "Hardcore"

Yes, I build all my Kicks that way. You need a lot of patience and a little bit of luck, to find real kicking combinations.

I only posted the kickdrums to allow people to hear the quality of the kicks.

Then they can make their decision, whether to buy it or not.

The cd is good.

Another cd to check out is XTC Files of Techno or NuHouseX

I know that Kai Tracid uses the Linplug LM III for his kicks..
