that sucks but is also a good thing.....more isolated then say car forums... peace Blank

Transient follower:-
.... www.digitalfishphones.com ("Dominion" - possibly the closest thing to an SPL Transient Designer in software...) Prolongs or shortens the attack or sustain portion of a sound. Excellent on drums. Adds "punch" like no compressor ever can!

My only suggestion is to use lots of kicks....and I mean like up to 6!!! and a couple different loops too.....
With the kicks....each should be selected for it's differing tonal qualities...choose ones that you normally would not choose, and add them with ones that you would automatically go for. Then compress the shit out of them, and export them, then compress them again, and EQ some more.... Thats what I do....Using Reason. Or sampling my own kit sometimes, but havent done that for a while Jase
