Switching from my Snow to a Deskop, how can I keep my DAW projects functioning?

Hey everyone,

Like many of you know the Snow has a seperate VST running. Now I want to switch to a Desktop (yay!) but most probably my Snow VST won't run along with a Desktop. Right?

If so, how do I keep my Ableton/Presonus Studio One projects functional? Is that even possible?
