Ah the "switchable soft clipping" feature you mean?

Though its not the same thing thing as a limiter, but its good for getting rid of glitches when you nail the keys hard with a big chord sometimes...

Fuck... I mentioned the 80's.

DS you really need to get hold of a TI and never let go of it. Clutch it... stroke it... Play the theme from Miami Vice real loud on it... wear white trousers with white espadrills... grow a moustache and get a fast red car...

Ahem.

It has some lovely PPG Wave sounds, its got the Oberheim sounds, its got the DX sounds (all with a liberal splashing of 80's sounding programmed FX). In fact it couldn't sound anymore 80's if it tried - in the right hands.

But at the same time its got all the analogue sound and warmth of the original Virus but on steroids - a true hybird synth. You need to get one of these pal if you are a true Eighties freak. You know you want to...

Only thing its missing is drum sounds with gated reverb

You could allways get a MachineDrum for doing that
