Default anyone have spare parts from a TI/Polar keybed??

a spring holding one my keys has become loose, and contacting fatar (who makes the keybeds) is like pulling teeth. Access doesnt have them, and fatar does not answer emails or return my calls (hows that for customer service!)

anyone have an extra one laying around by chance and wants to hook a fellow virus user up

greetings, btw!

'ello Jay, welcome to the forum!

Access' spares company is SynthesizerService (based in Germany, although can speak English).

Send them a quick mail. They kindly sent me 4 pots for replacing loose ones in the past.
