Head to Oscillator's Edit Menu, look for Phase Init, and choose any value besides 0, so that the phase recycles for each note.

then look for "Punch Intensity", and reduce it's value.

if you're opening a filter fast, with a short decay on filter envelope, your filter is fairly closed and you have a large amount, it will produce some snappy click to.

plus, you can use some attack (a little amount) on the Amp Envelope and/or some release on the filter envelope if it helps. all this settings talk to each other, so one adjustment here, probably means some other adjustment elsewhere so as to make things sound right, like most things synthesis, right?

otherwise, if it doesn't affect the sound to much, some low pass filter on your EQ on daw could handle it - and sometimes should, depending on what you're going for.

Tweak hit the nail on the head.

Aligning the phase-init does wonders for soild, punchy bass as long as the oscillators aren't detuned too much (otherwise you get that peeoww, peeoow effect as the oscillators detune away from each other every time you hit a key).

Welcome to the forum.

Try playing an octave higher. Your melody is too low to compare the sound character. The root of the bass in the commercial song you posted is G#3, however on yours your bass root is E2, over an octave lower.
