Machine FX - Can the virus do this?

Hey, i just went through all the TI EFX presets to find a robot/machine FX sound similar to this (see link), but i could not find anything good enough. Does anybody know how i could synthesis, or maybe edit a presents, so i can end up in the same ballpark?

Sometimes i think about what makes a sound like the ingredients of a recipe.

In your case i will use:

noise
hp filter
lfo to filter / no sync
triangle or suitable waveform
a pinch of phaser and reverb
