Default Fixing noisy outputs

Got an Indigo 2 a while ago with an almost unreadable screen. I replaced it and the synth has been doing great service since.

I've recently noticed that outputs 1 and 2 are quite noisy, just the usual white noise in the background but it's much more noticeable than other outputs. Is this normal? Anyone know how to fix? The headphone output is quite noisy too in a similar way, although I'm less bothered about this as I never use it, but I do wonder if headphones and 1 + 2 are linked in some way.

I was wondering about the capacitor replacement kits I've seen on eBay, would they be worth a look?
