Remote Template Config: why so few CC available ?

I want to create some Remote templates using the plugin but there are very few MIDI CC available in the drop down menu. For example, I want to send CC83 from the Rate knob but there is no CC83 available to choose. Infact there is nothing between CC74 and CC123.

What am I doing wrong ?

not every control has an assigned cc, some are avaliable only by sysex. Please see my thread, Virus TI ReMOTE Templates
