Default Please Helm me!!!! My virus c desctop is ILL

my virus c desctop is ill(((((
Problems:

1) When i press OSC 3 button on, turning on arpeggiator(
2) When i change type of Filter (HP,LP .....) or pressing the EDIT button near filter, turning on the SAVE button
3) All indicators Transpose is lighting always


Here in Moscow official dealers of access dont know what the prtoblem. They are change operation system? open my virus and checked the all of electronics but no answer on my problem



please help me

if its still in warrenty ask them to replace your unit.

What about a system reset??? Or reinstalling the operating system. You can do this yourself.

Other than that, I would suggest a call or email to Access technical support.

nope( no warranty anymore, they are not replace it, cause it disconucted

to reset your virus c to factory default settings press and hold


SHAPE while powering up the virus

actually we do answer emails. send me to inquiry number you've received with the autoply and i'll have a look why you didn't receive a reply.

to give you a possible answer for your question: this sounds like a hardware failure. the buttons on the panel board are arranged like a kind of matrix. if one button stuck, other button clicks might be misinterpreted.

try to push all the buttons a couple of time and let us know, if it helps.

the virus c might be not under warranty anymore but still can be serviced of course.
