And no.. I don't mean you Alex!
I will be meeting Lou Ferrigno in November and I am really looking forward to it. He was my hero when I was young and I still remember that, whatever I tried it just wouldn't work with me turning green and become a "monster"!
Apparently there is an scifi/game/movieconvention in town and you can meet Sam (or the actor that played Sam) aswell as Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker but the one I really care to meet is Lou.
It's a late birthdaygift to myself as I spent my birthday on the couch with fever and one hell of a headache. I would never go if it weren't for Lou and their Alien(s)/Predatormovie-special. I love those films and meet your childhood hero is cool aswell.
But there is just one thing that really bothers me and that is the simple fact that I read on tons of forums filled with J.R.R Tolkien fans that they will come in costumes. I mean, come on! What is wrong with people and I quote;
Quote:
I will be wearing a elf-dress, latex-ears and a ring and hopefully Sam will take notice of me and maybe more..

I mean, that it is one thing to acctually wanna meet your idol (or whatever) but to think that one will notice you because you dress funny and he/she will fall in love with you because of this.. That is just sick, but then again.. I will have something to laugh at! Hehe
