If you're having the rollback issue, try not plugging in your Virus when asked to. That's what did it for me!

Hope to see a fix in 2010
I had the same problem with Win7 x64 and finally got 3.3.4 to install by shutting down my system and TI, unplugging all USB devices except for keyboard, mouse and TI, rebooting and then running the installation again. I still got a warning that a driver failed to install but the installation continued and everything seems to be running fine.

It shouldn't be this hard.

this is with 3.3.4. anyone else?

Tried different methods and unless it installs sweetly I am avoiding the headaches.

Default Is 3.3.4 the latest non beta version?

I've been perfectly happy living with 2.75 I've been using it in Digital Performer 5 (which I know is not supported) and Live 7 w/o any issues.
Hower, last night it was really misbehaving. I'm thinking it may be time for the update. I have no interest in a Beta version and want the most currently stable edition. Would this be 3.3.4?

FWIW, 2.75 was having a temper tantrum in 'Live" too.
Sounds just were not playing. Meters were bouncing in VC and in the DAW but no sound. I rebooted several times, then it started working for a while, then just started emiting random notes.

Thanks,
Mark

hey MarkM13,

Try OS 3.1.0 first. It's working near perfect for me in Live 8 and Logic 8. On the Access forum quite a few people are having issues with 3.4.0.

I thought the installation process couldn't proceed without the Virus in sync?

Seems like OS 4.0 is on the way:

BTW i installed OS 3.3.4 by NOt connecting the TI while installation process. This way I had to update the firmware with the Virus Control Center. Everything worked fine after that.

Is there some note volume bug in this OS, or is it just the patch I'm using? ROM-F patch 104 "Spy HS". Playing a simple manual arp pattern with the right hand and single notes with the left, the overall volume keeps jumping up and down unexpectedly.
