Listen to the start ( i cant even discribe the sound ) the break fx or dunno :S you know what i mean .. how to do this ? nevermind if you cant answer this question :P ... the Lead sound =) is n1 indeed ... any ideas on it ?

Well, it's starting with a buzzer followed by a resonant distortion sound, best thing to copy the character of that type of sound is having 2 BP at high resonance (one controlling bass part, one high frequency part) -> Distortion, what isn't possible with the virus filtersaturation, since it's routed between the two filters, so you have to use the distortion from the FX section of the synth.

Sure it can be done with modern FM-Synths as well, I tend to say that distortion/waveshaping is FMs little brother, since most modern FM-Synths can do waveshaping as well, if Carrier can be tuned down to 0Hz.
