Virus Classic is a rebadged Virus B.

There's a comparison table between all the Virus models on the Access website.

Yes you can and you won't notice much if any difference between C and B. Many C patches have a high boost eq on because virus lacks the high frequencies. You have to compensate the B with an external eq.
