Heya.

I have the access virus A, I got it when it came out, I can't believe I have never signed up to this forum in all of these years.

I am planning on getting the TI2 in the near future but with our $$ so crap it's gonig to be awhile.

If this is any other Virus A users message me keen as to have a chat about patch's,share etc.

Hey Drew,

Fellow kiwi here, when you do decide to get the ti2 try ebay...i got mine for $1500 less than retail here. Get them to declare as a gift under proper value and your away!

It's worth it...the TI is amazing!!!!

The only problem you will encounter is warranty issues if bought from outside NZ

I bought my Polar from the US on ebay for 2.8AUD, after shipping and tax ended up being 3.17 AUD. Retail was 5.2 and "best" price was 4.5 calling around. Yeah warranty issue does suck, but its a BIG price difference.

The wait for the Polar was one of the more anxious week(s) in my life, but opening it up and seeing that sexy white beast in absolute perfect condition made it all worthwhile.

Welcome to the forum!

Ausi here, but haven't lived there for years; with those prices on hardware I'm kinda glad I don't - 5k for a Polar is just plain crap!

Welcome from Christchurch,

Yes, the Virus is quite expensive here in NZ. I bought my first one (TI KB) when the exchange rate was very good on ebay and the second (TI2 Polar) when it was not that good anymore. However, I am very happy with them and happy that I bought them.

Cheers
