Question Virus Ti2 desk.Lfo 1 LED not light up

I have a trouble with my Virus Ti2 desktop, and i hope someone can help me.
In short. Lfo 1 LED (only this) not light up any more, but I can hear the lfo1 parameter work well. I tried to downgrade os to previsius version, from v4.5.3.00 to (v4.5.1.15 and v4.5.0.16)
but nothing. I tried to make reset procedure (ARP-EDIT) and set LED mode in "Lfo mode" in the config settings, but nothing news about this.

I have contact access support. and after i sent them an inquiry with same detail, their technical wrote to me. " I cannot exclude a hardware problem".
can i understand if this is a hardware or software trouble?
if is it a hardware issue can i might cause other damage to my virus working with it?

It could well be the LED, (or whatever) light bulb has burned out. Shouldn't be too big a deal to replace the light.

Thanks for the reply.
I think contact my local dealer and get agree to repair it, is the best solution.
At the end if the problem is only a light bulb, I don't think it will cost too much.
