What Do these parameters do ?

hi...
i was just wondering what the parameters that i can assign to the 3 soft knobs (destination 1,2,3 assignable on 'common' page) on the virus ti snow were....what do they do ?
i cannot find any info on these parameters in the manual...

any idea??

fast

party


well there are more...

any idea what these do?? where can i read about these parameters??
are they only available through the soft knobs, destination menus ??
do they somehow incorporate the existing parameters (filter,lfo,delay etc)...or are they something completely different??

They are just cool names you can use for other perameters for example destroy would be used for bit crusher or rate reducer.

These are names you assign to the Soft Knobs 1, 2, 3. They give you a hint of what each knob does in a given patch.

To give you a concrete example: say, you programmed a patch where MIDI controller 9
- opens the lowpass filter
- makes the decay and release longer
- adds distortion
- increases phaser mix and feedback
- adds LFO modulation of pitch
- (etc...)
Then, in the Soft Knobs menu, you set Soft Knob 1 to function as "Controller 09" and decide that a suitable name for it would be "Party!". But even if you called it "infect" or "mutate" or "thinner", the knob's function will be the same (as defined by the mod matrix).
