Default hey hey

whats up guys,

I've been a virus user for years and it would be an honor to host this board... My name is paul, Ive owned an indigo when it first came out, then a c, and also the indigo tdm plug in for a while... I must have taken my virus c apart a number of times. -> the last time to give it usb support by installing an emagic 6|2m inside the case so I only have to plug in a usb cable and a power cable and its good to go...

anyway, the virus roks and it is amazing the sonic soundscapes you can make with this machine.

I am a linux admin / debian guru.. and have no problems transfering mysql tables along with your modded php scrips over to one of my servers.

anyways, just so happens Ive got 2 dual xeon pizzabox servers not being used and two cabinets each with 100mbit unsaturated connectections (1 at equinix chicago thru peer 1) and one at rcn colo chicago (thru rcn)...

I own the domain z3.net and I am building a network of entertainment / music making boards and it would be an absolute honor to host this site...

maybe we can make the subdomain

virus.z3.net so the board is simple to get to...

if u want to take a look at what type of speed connection I am hooked into, feel free to download this 30mb garbage file

http://z3.net/test30mb.tst

let me know your needs / concerns contact me at:

paul@z3.net

also I started the virus forum on tribe.net (which gets so very little activity its sad.)

wavesinspace you sound like a clever dude - installing USB soundcard into a virus thats pretty neat. As for hosting I'm sure you would do a grand job

Thats an extemely generous offer there mate....But I think Sunesha and TommyS have some sort of deal going on.

It is nice to have the options though!

Whatever happens, and whomever takes over this board, I just hope it remains the same friendly, uncensored, and informative (and fun!) place that it is.
