Well at least Fantom has the best piano on the workstation area.

Triton ROM is outdated and sounds, well... crap. But this is of course a matter of taste. Triton is better suitable for synth sounds than "real" sounds.

The Motif ES is great...but its user interface is not so great.
Yamahas do have quite cryptic user interface but they're pretty easy to use when you get used to the Yamaha logic.

The Triton Studio 88 IS the best workstation currently available.....this is totally subjective statement

I think the Yamaha has slightly better piano....then Trition, then fantom.

Piano is not the most important sound for me.......

Hmm... Motif ES might have pretty good piano but the basic Motif piano was terrible. I cried bloody tears when I tried my friend's Motif. It was even worse piano than on mid-90's synths.

Fantom has excellent piano! Especially that S88 which has the acoustic resonance modelling from Roland digital pianos.

Yes. Probably not. Maybe Triton will fit your needs better due the more synthetic oriented sounds.

What do you mean "some"? You didn't like "all" of them?!
