stability... and the need to have a computer not only dedicated to audio. With the mac I can install whatever application and run sequencer with low disk space without noticed it... Many time I find myself to work in the sequencer with many other application opened in the background... Couldn't do this with my pc (windows). About pc and linux... well it is still not developed enough for my needs...

I wish DP would be available for the PC - MOTU talked about doing this, but alas not yet...

I use Mach5 and love it, most of the time...

Linux nerds here? HAHAH! I use Linux ....lol

I use Ubuntu linux though. Its pretty good actually. You can totally customize it. However, I use it for internet and office documents and playing videos, music, ipod whatever.

But I wouldnt use it with a DAW. Fedora is ugly as crap. No one is supporting DAWs with linux and so I would just deal with what you have.

I'm fine with XP and Cubase SX. I just make sure it does NOT touch the internet

Windows sucks...yes
Linux is better....and yes nerdy
MAC is the best....for people with no patience and no time to install things.... LOL
