Cannot find sound banks.

Hi - sorry if this is a repeated question; I am new to the forum and new to the virus. I have downloaded the manual on pdf!
I have just got a Virus Classic(ver 1.53) and can only access banks A+B when I use the parameter or value buttons. How can I get to the flash ROM sound banks? BTW, I am not MIDI'd up.
