Virus as Pioneer EFX1000

i was wondering if any one as used there Virus as a Dj effects unit in a way similar to the EFX1000 ??

I was thinking of using it stand along as a analogue SEND N RETURN out of my Pioneer DJM600..

well, obviously virus ti is for different functions rather than a dedicated multi effects device, but yes I have used virus as send-return filter-multieffects processor for vocals - it works no problem.
