Its a extension of the virus C (with a few changes on some params), and add a new sysex page.

This means you can get most of it from the model C manual.

No TI midi spec exists yet as far as I know.

That looks like an A or B list. Theres a complete list for the C in the C manual - I used it to mostly decode the TI sysex dumps.

It worked on my virus powercore/digital performer and Oxegen 8.
