Default Snow: how to switch sounds without ti vst?

Hi,

just bought a Snow but can not figure out how to switch sounds without the vsti software. I used to own a VirusB and switched sounds with the "+"and "-" button, but i can not find those on the Snow?
thanx!

Errr...sorry...but is this a joke...???

Start reading the manual...maybe that will help...

Edit :
Because i am in a good mood....here is what you can find in the manual...

To select the desired Bank, first press the BANK button. The Virus will now prompt you to select a patch bank.

Alternatively, you can hold the BANK button down and select the desired bank without this screen appearing.

Now press any of the top row of buttons, labelled ROM 1-8 to select a ROM bank, or one of buttons labelled RAM 1-8 on the bottom row to select a RAM bank.

Now the bank has been selected, choose the specific preset by simply typing the patch number using the upper row for the first digit and the lower row for the second.

Actually there is similair way to browse to the presets:

First press SHIFT+BANK to enter SEARCH mode

You can now, with the first soft knob, select a category for the search

If you turn the category to OFF you can browse all the presets regardless off category by pressing VALUE + / VALUE -

Of course you can always filter with a category of your choice, for instance Bass lets you browse all the sounds tagged with BASS

come on... you just need to press ONE key to get the next patch.
4 keys is only if you completely change the bank.

And THEN you would a lot more than 4 clicks on "+" for that...

On my Virus Indigo, I hold down the Multi button and use the parameter knob to patch-surf quickly. A great way to get from patch 0 to 127 in an instant.

Wonder if the Snow has something similar.

say, you're on 0 and you want to go to 127, you could try to hit the Program Down key, then hold the Program Up key at the same time and release the Program Down key before the other one. that takes you right to 127.

another one: if you hold both Value keys at the same time the value resets to the default.
