Fat Bass
Hi, guys!
Sorry if this question have been asked befor, but here it goes. I've been tweeking my head (and my Virus C's knobs) off trying to get a really fat, punchy bass sound. When I record my basslines in Sonar, I also add some EQing and compressor. It makes it a little bit better, but it's not quite as punchy as you often hear in pro quality trance tracks. So I've been using bassnote samples in most of my tracks for now. I wolud however like to tweek my own bass sounds. Got any tips? Thanks!
