How do I download Control?

Your login is independent from the product registration.
If you have trouble logging in, you should contact Access Support. However, if you can't even access the public areas I would assume it's rather a problem with your web browser configuration that with the website itself.

Once you can log into the website, go to Support > Product Registration to register your newly acquired Virus.

BTW, congratulations! You got a fine synth.

Managed to get registered, and downloaded control - not setup yet as synth is in the post.

You need to register you product. Go here:

Sign up as a new member. You will need the serial number of your synth. Once you have done that you have access to downloads. Go here:

download the software relevant to your Mac/PC
