For me it really changes all the time.
Some nights i'll sleep as early as 9pm and some days i'll sleep at 9 in the am...
My sleeping patterns are either very scattered very long very short or no sleep at all

I shoulda edit my post;
I usually go to bed around ~12-ish but since I have major problems with my sleep, it usually takes about ~4-5-6 hours before I fall asleep..

Trouble sleeping?
There's nothing like sex and xanax to calm the nerves and get one to bed.
That combination never fails.

Hoho. That didn't work for me! I've tried most combinations acctually everything from really "soft" core.. (hoho, soft core drugs of course! You perverts) to the heaviest of sleeping pills / drugs and still I just can't sleep.
Although, it seems to get abit better now which is great since I can fall asleep around 03:00.

Used to happen me a lot. Saw a doctor who asked if I spent much time in the bedroom during the day/evening. I was living in a shared house so my gear was all in my bedroom.
I basically had to start leaving my room at 9pm and relaxed in the living room (book/music/tv). Things got better. I bought my own house and now have no need to be in the bedroom except for "bedroom activities".
Don't know the specifics of your situation, but the above helped me enormously.
Good luck with it - sleep deprivation is terrible!
