Default "bad data" problems when loading saved sounds via

Hi all,

I've searched, but haven't found this exactly.

I'm having problems with my virus KB when loading sounds/multis via sysex midi dump. I can record the sysex just fine into cubase SX2 through my midex8, however, something is off. If I set the virus to Verify midi rx and playback the sysex dump everything seems fine. However, if I modify a sound or muti and save it, then try the sysex playback again, the virus shows a "bad data" error on screen and the load fails.

The interesting thing; if I set the virus just to enable rx and playback the file, some things do seem to work. For example, if I save a sound with a new name and playback the file, the name will update to whatever it was dumped as. However, other sound parameters like filter settings don't get updated form the midi dump.

I'm at a total loss on this one. I've been doing this for years with other modules and boards without any problems. Can anyone help? Oh, in case it helps, I'm running the latest OS (4.9.050T I believe)
