Well, AFAIK I didn't find any website like that, but there are some ways. First one should be the way using Soundiver. You can open any preset in Soundiver and see the seting of preset.
By the way I'll let you know another handy way. It might help you out if you're already using any sequencer program like Cubase, Orion, ..etc in your PC. It's also my way of exploring presets.
First, go and download Virus powercore VSTI demo at the address below;

Then install it on your PC. It's o.k. if you don't have any TC Powercore card installed on your PC. Then in your host sequencer, open the Virus powercore VSTI. Ofcourse it doesn't sound and doesn't work either. But at least it shows the whole setting of any preset you select. It's so good to explore presets.
