Default Quesiton about losing FX when setting up multimode for DAW

Hello,
It seems to me that I sometimes lose effects on particular sounds when I create MULTIMODE set 1-16 for MIDI channels in Cubase SX2.

when in single mode I can hear the program with the FX on it. But when I choose the same programs for set up in Multimode. And listen back in my PC sequencer I hear the program but no FX?

Help!!!

Seems I found the answer I think. Foudn this on the forum here. Is why I can hear all the FX in my sequencer?

If this is the case is there another way around this. where I can record into my sequencer oin different midi tracks keepig the FX. Or am I stuck with recording SINGLE Programs 1 at a time?

This is a negative of hardware and plus of software synths.

you will find that its only the reverb and delays that use one effect send...all the other effects can be used individualy.

yeh i aggree!

but i have to admit, id rather a half decent reverb as a send, than a shity reverb that can spread all over the place.

Very true actually. A multi effectsection for every single part isn't even found on great workstations... Effects costs.
On the other hand, I think it would be very easy to overuse effects if there was no limit.
