Default Need help making patch (hard sync type of sound)

I am trying to get a that hard synced sound on my ti desktop that is well known but never can program it if some one would try and make a patch for me i would greatly appreciate that. the song is Sebastien Tellier - Kilometer (Aeroplane Italo 84 Remix) but it also souds very similar to the cars. sound starts at 1:25. thanks

its pretty simple... turn sync on with two pulse waves, and then have the filter envelope modulate oscillator two's pitch, set a fast-ish decay and you are set
