Default PSU for Mk1 Virus TI keyboard?

Long time no see etc - Im still alive

Terrible day for the forum - the Virus TI keyboard featured in the logo image above has died and needs a new PSU.

Anyone know of a same size and spec part in the UK (or EU)?

Thanks

K

You can order the from Access directly or get it from an official dealer.

As I understood from some posts on the Access Virus Forum, they used the same power supply for all the TI models. Call or write Access Support before ordering to be sure.

Someone from support put me in touch with the service center in germany, so I might order one from there if I can.

In the meantime I found an organ donor in the form of some old bit of numark kit that had long since died and so could donate its PSU. With the aid of some double sided foam strips to attach it internally, you cant tell from the outside that it isnt the original PSU - crisis over for now

Now at least I know numark are good for something ;p

Cant believe this TI is a few days shy of being 12 years old :O

It doesnt seem that long ago when some of us got our grubby mits on the first batch of them.
