Default Soloing tracks?

I'm on my third day with the virus, and can't seem to get comfortable with muting every channel I dont want to hear...is there a way to solo individual tracks instead of doing this? Thanx!

u could route it into u'r mixer channels and solo the channel..

sorry i meant in the mixer channels of your sequencer...
