Hi all,

If anybody has a Virus Ti Snow they will now that it has to have its own usb port and not a hub, i recently updated to the latest version and i am having sync problems and it is really pissing me off.
Basically its saying i need to give it its own port and not a hub although i have it connected to its own port,

Hello Jay. What platform are you using PC or Mac? I had the same problem on my iMac and I connected directly to the mac itself and it is working fine in my sequencers as a vst and midi instrument. Also, what sequencing program are you using? You may need to change some of the hardware settings to fix latency and syncing issues. They also recommend leaving a little pre-roll so everything could catch up. I hope this helps.
