Default Bank Selection

Okay, so I have made a bank of patches that is saved in the My Patches.mid folder...is it possible for me to access these patches without having to open the software's GUI. I want to be able to scroll through my bank on the virus itself and not have to open the laptop to change the patch. How do I do this? Thanks!

The short answer is: Yes!

The long answer:
Use the Virus Control Center (VCC) and burn the bank to the TIs flash memory.
Start VCC and select the device you want to burn to in case you got more than one TI connected. Then choose 'Burn to Flash ROM' from the top of the window. In there you pick the bank file you want to burn and the Bank you want to sounds to be stored under (for example Bank V). Click OK and wait for the process to finish. Thats it.
