Default Virus TI Lifecycle

TI was released in 2004, and TI2 was just released.. is access working on something new or is the ti the standard for the next few years? is anything in the TI "dated"?

No, I think that the VIRUS TI2 will be the stadard for the next 4-5 years. I mean on the Hardware side they changed only little things.

The big changements are on the OS side. And I think they will go on with more and additional features in future OS versions.

The new OS versions are doing a great job and shows that the Virus also the Virus TI 1 isn't dated at all.

If you get a Viris TI or TI2 it is worth every penny

Just my 2 cents.

I don't believe the Virus is any where near dated, just listen to any of the commercial tracks out now eg. Deadmau5 and you could make a lot of the sounds with the Virus.
It just depends how creatively you use it and how well you use it, it has loads of potential.
