In that snip I only used a tiny bit of reverb to give it a bit of ambient (little reverb send, diminished reverb time) and the classic delay (tweaked a bit in order to make it resemble the demo track you posted).
The sound itself is pretty straightforward
Osc 1 is set to pulse (max pulsewidth to produce a square), reverting it back a little towards the saw can make it sound a bit sharper. No need to have more than 1 osc for that particular sound (osc balance all the way to the left), but experimenting with Osc 2 and the digital waves could bring interesting timbre results.
Filters are set in SER6 mode, filter 1 is LP (you can use filter 2 in HP mode and then tweak filter balance to give that highpass effect before the sound kicks in) and filter balance is all the way to the left because I wanted the "main part" of the sound. Filter 1 cutoff is closed, Filter 1 Env Amount is quite high but not full and the envelope itself is straightforward - A=0 / D=46 / S=0 / R = 46 (matching the Decay time - useful if you set the Amp envelope accordingly and you don't think you can play all the notes the same way).
Character:analog boost (with standard settings and 50%+ amount) can boost the lows a bit but I didn't find it necessary.
Ambient/time FX as desired (of course there's delay in the demo to give that commonly used effect in minimal techno).
I can of course provide the patch but it's nothing esoteric
