Problem with Software Installer in Windows 10
I'm trying to install the latest software (5.1.1.0), but every time I try to run the installer, I get an error message saying that "there's a problem with the installer. A DLL file could not be run."
I'm trying to install this on a Windows 10 machine. What do I need to do? Is the software even compatible on Windows 10? I'm a new Virus Access user and I haven't even had the chance to use the TI feature yet. Please help!! Thank you
