Hi and welcome to the forum.
Many people are probably not keen to give away their patches so much - specially if they are making the patches for their own music as most of us seem to be here. My advice would be download the drum and bass sound sets and then pull those patches appart. I'm sure when you do have questions about programming, many people here will be more than happy to help.
