who is your favorite DJ?
ok, let's start.
The best DJ who I've ever seen is Adam Beyer. He's a swedish guy who plays pretty hard techno sets. Everytime when I've seen/heard him, he rocked the party like a fucking earthquake.

Matt Cantor aka The Freestylers!
He may not be one of the most technically skilled DJ's around, but he has got one fat crate!

Ummm....I would say electronica, but that is a pretty general term. In the late 90's they were doing big beat and electro, now they are doing more nu-skool breaks and breakbeat, alot of it with heavy ragga influences.
They rock!
Some may know them from the overplayed and over-rated song "Push up". This is not indicative of their style.

Wow, a tough question indeed!
I've got a top 4:
Paul Oakenfold, John Digweed, Nick Warren, and Steve Helstrip.
They all have dropped some really fat sets over the years and are masters of the craft in their own right.
There are really quite alot of good DJs out there now.
Jon O'Bir has also put out some great sets, many free for download off his site; www.jonobir.com.
Cheers!
-Alex

I heard Z-Trip's Live at the 8150, (Vale Colordao) 2 CD set last year and it kicked ass!
That dude has some serious turntablism skills.
He is a monster!

James Zabiela. A blend of prog house and breaks!
I've seen several thousands of djs over the years and I can say that from what I saw, he is the best without the shadow of a doubt.

Steve Porter is just the overall best DJ I have ever heard play, he mixes it up so nicely. Nice funky house to tech house and breaks then add a splash of some very good driving progressive and there you have Steve Porter (all about the growling basslines).
