Transport -> sync setup
It's there just untick all the boxes in 'midi clock destinations' also 'midi timecode destinations' Use a short midi cable, make the tempo slow around 50bpm. Make sure the midi track you made can play the virus, then dump. Unplug any midi keyboards or master keyboards or midi controllers, they sometimes output midi sens data.
